It's unfortunate that you want to cancel your subscription. If you have experienced problems, our
Support team would be more than happy to help you.
If you have paid
via Credit card:
- Go to pCloud while you are logged in
- Click on your Account avatar in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription
You will be redirected to a page, where you can see all of your active subscription. Click
Cancel on your subscription and it will be automatically stopped.
If you have paid
via Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account
- Go to the History subtab of the My Account tab
- Choose Subscriptions from the pull-down Show menu and press Submit
- Choose your pCloud subscription and click on Details
You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you will be able to cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments to pCloud.
If you have paid
via iTunes:
- Follow the steps provided here, in order to cancel your subscription
For other payment providers, you will need to contact our Support team at support@pcloud.com
NOTE: Keep in mind that cancelling your account does not count as an official refund request. You can forward your refund request at support@pcloud.com. For more information on our Refund policy, please refer to pCloud's Terms and Conditions.
