If there is no activity in your free (Basic) pCloud account over a period of 12 months, you will receive several email notifications from pCloud. Inactivity means that you haven't logged in or performed any operation in your pCloud account. If you haven't been active for 12 months, your pCloud account will be closed and your files will be scheduled for deletion. To keep your account active,
log in your pCloud account.
If you haven't verified your email address for your free (Basic) pCloud account, you will also receive several email notifications from pCloud. If you decide not to verify your Basic account, it will be closed and your files will be scheduled for deletion.
Keep in mind: This does NOT refer to paid customers and pCloud Lifetime members.
