15. How can my team and I share files and folders with users outside our business team?
To be able to share files and folders with users outside your business team, you need to modify one of the account share settings. Open the Account section of your business account and locate the Account tab. In the Account Share Settings subsection turn the External Sharing setting ON. This setting allows users to Invite to Folders or Share Download Links to people, who are not members of this Business Account. Remember that this is a global setting, which is valid for all users of your business account. However, in the individual settings of each team and user you can further modify these settings. Note that only business account owners and users who hold Account Management permissions can modify the Account Share Settings.
