As a Business account administrator, you can control your pCloud Business subscription by following these steps:
  • Sign in to your pCloud Business account at my.pCloud.
  • Click Business in left sidebar.
  • Select Account > Billing
Here you can choose the number of users for your Business account and your billing cycle: monthly or yearly. Note that you get 20% discount if you choose to go with an annual subscription. You can pay for your Business account via credit card, PayPal or contact a pCloud sales manager and request performing a bank transfer.

Note: The number of users and the billing cycle can only be modified by account owners and users who hold Account Management permissions.
