33. A user has lost their password. How can I reset it?
To reset a user password, go to the Users section of your business account. Find the user, whose password needs to be reset, and click on it. The User Management screen opens. Locate the dark green button in the top right of the User subsection and click it to reset the user password. Note that only business account owners and users who hold User Management permissions can reset user passwords.
