36. Why can't I access my folders/files in pCloud Drive?
You may not be able to access your files or folders in your pCloud Drive if you are not connected to the Internet. Check your Internet connection and try again. To avoid this problem in the future, choose the Sync option of the context menu of your pCloud Drive (Offline Access) in order to synchronize your folders with the online platform and have them available even offline.
