Yes, you can install pCloud Drive even if you don't have a pCloud account yet. However, in order to use the app, you will have to sign up for the service. To create a new pCloud account from pCloud Drive click on Don't have an account and choose how you would like to sign up - with Facebook/Google/Apple or your email address. Agree with pCloud's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Intellectual Property Policy, and your new account will be created.
