Offline access allows you to preview certain files from the app, even if you're not connected to the internet:
Tap on and hold the file/folder that you want to make available offline
Select the Make available offline button once the menu pops up
You can access all files/folders with offline access by tapping on the Search bar and selecting the
Marked Offline filter.
