Yes, you can. If you have turned the Automatic Upload on, it's easy to free up space from your phone. After your backup is completed, you can have the app scan and delete the uploaded files from your device:

Open the pCloud app on your iPhone, go to the More options menu and select Settings.

Scroll down a little bit and tap on the Upload Settings.

Tap on Free up device storage and then confirm the deletion of the uploaded photos and videos.

After that, the files you delete will be moved to the Trash folder of your device and you need to delete them from there manually or wait for 30 days, when the files will be deleted automatically.
