9. I have referred a customer but I haven’t received a commission for them. Why?
There are a few possible reasons for that:
- The client has created a paid pCloud account but has decided to cancel it within our cancellation period and has received a refund for their payment.
- The client has not come through your affiliate link and our system hasn’t tracked them as your referral.
- The client has instructed their first payment less than 45 days ago - you receive your payment after 45 days of a successful referral.
