If you're the owner of the company's Business account, you can set a new Crypto Pass for non-administrator users and Teams.

For users:

• Open my.pCloud and go to Business (sidebar) > Users
• Click the user you'd like to change the Crypto Pass of
• Go to the Crypto tab and enter your Crypto Pass as verification
• Enter the new Crypto Pass and confirm by clicking "Change Crypto Pass"

For teams:

Important: In this case the new Crypto Pass will only apply for new members that join the team. The change won't affect team members, who already have access to the Crypto folder.

• Open my.pCloud and go to Business (sidebar) > Teams
• Click the team you'd like to change the Crypto Pass of
• Go to the Crypto tab and enter your Crypto Pass as verification
• Enter the new Crypto Pass and confirm by clicking "Change Crypto Pass"

The changes will apply immediately. That's why make sure to share the new Crypto Pass with the respective user or team.
