1. Why do I only have 15 GB free storage from VIVACOM?
VIVACOM clients with plan Smart L+, Smart XL, Smart XL+, Smart U, I-Traffic L+, I-Traffic XL+, I-Traffic XXL+ have 128 GB cloud storage for pCloud included in their plans for the entire duration of their contract. All other clients have 15 GB free cloud storage, but can also purchase 128 GB storage at a reduced price of 2.99 lv/month, which sum will be added to their monthly VIVACOM fees.
2. How can I stop my subscription for 128 GB from VIVACOM?
To stop your paid subscription for 128 GB, login to your account at my.pcloud.com and visit Manage subscription. Click the 'Cancel' button next to the subscription. Your account and all files in it will stay intact, but your quota will be reduced to 15 GB. If the total size of your files exceeds 15 GB, read here.
3. I have a new phone number form VIVACOM. How can I change it in pCloud?
Open the Android app for clients of VIVACOM or download it from here. In the Settings screen, locate the button 'remove' next to your phone number. With this option you can remove the phone number you used to setup your storage from VIVACOM and add a new one by following the steps or visiting pcloud.com/vivacom. Only the conditions coming with the new VIVACOM phone number will apply to your storage.
4. What will happen to my storage, when my contract with VIVACOM expires?
For users with activated 15 GB free storage, there will be no change. For users with activated 128 GB free storage, after the contract expires, it will be reduced to 15 GB. For users with 128 GB paid cloud storage, after the contract expires, it will be reduced to 15 GB and the subscription will be cancelled.
5. What can I do if I need more than 128 GB storage?
You can always purchase some of pCloud's plans for 500 GB and 2 TB from here or Settings screen in the apps. Your subscription for 128 GB will be cancelled automatically.
6. What is the difference between the Android app for VIVACOM clients and the official pCloud app?
The main difference is that the app for VIVACOM clients offers activation options for your VIVACOM cloud storage. Another difference is that this app does not support two-factor authentication. If you have a pCloud account with an email and password, you can login to any pCloud app - mobile or desktop.
7. I signed up trough the app for VIVACOM clients and I didn't setup a password. How can I login on other platforms?
Upon registration we've sent you a 'Welcome to pCloud' email, containing a special link and instructions how to setup a password. Follow the steps to add a password to your account.
