If you've already been invited to join an existing Family plan, you'll need to accept your invitation.

Locate the email invitation to join an existing Family plan.
Click the JOIN NOW button.
Activate the Family status by logging with an existing pCloud account, or by creating a new one.
Agree to the pCloud terms and continue.

When you join a Family plan with an active annual or monthly Premium subscription, it will be cancelled and no refunds will be possible for the remainder of the subscription
