pCloud Encryption uses your device to encrypt your files before they are uploaded to the pCloud servers. However, since pCloud is a cloud storage service, it uploads the encrypted files onto the pCloud servers. Without Internet connection, the encrypted files cannot be accessed because they aren't stored locally.
