The Shared with me tab shows all the folders that have been shared with you by other pCloud users with different access level. These folders don't take up from the quota of your account. However, if you still want to copy the files from a folder that has been shared to your own pCloud account, follow these steps:

Open the Shared folders section from the left menu
Tap on the Shared with Me tab
Open the More options menu of the folder you want to copy and select the option Open folder
Mark the files/folders you want to copy and from the More options menu, tap Copy
Choose a folder where you want to place your file
Tap SELECT to finish
